Panic Attacks:
A person having a strong negative feeling that something severe is going to happen is the underlying cause for panic attacks. Everyone experiences anxiety from time to time. It is normal to have money worries, problems with relationships, problems at work etc. However, if these problems persist for a long period then it can have a debilitating effect on a person. That person could be in a constant state of anxiety. If that person has been having money problem for a long period and is feeling that there is no way out, then the thought of having to loose the mortgage on his house for example, could be enough for him to start having a panic attack.
Panic attacks could also be induced from a phobia that a person may be suffering. If a person suffers from OCD, then the thought of having to deal with this anxiety disorder could also trigger a panic attack. It's the feeling that something severe is going to happen is the cause of panic attacks.
When I was suffering from my anxiety disorders, I used to often feel panicky. After suffering from this debilitating problem for years, only when I managed to free myself from the anxiety disorder, I started feeling more in control. Cures for Panic attacks is covered in my ebook "The Root Cause".
